Discuss priorities, non-negotiables, and your budget comfort-zone so you’re entering the conversation with shared expectations & a shared vision.

Identify the top 1–2 topics you want to work through during the session (design, logistics, vendors, timeline, or overall direction). Keep in mind that some topics while require more time than others & that’s okay!
